1-Year Limited Warranty

Your Dovima Bug Zapper is backed by our comprehensive warranty program.

Warranty Coverage

Dovima warrants that your Bug Zapper will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Defective materials
  • Faulty electrical components
  • UV light failure under normal use
  • Power cord defects

What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
  • Damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Dovima authorized service providers
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents)
  • Damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses
  • Damage caused by Acts of God (lightning, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes)
  • Consumable parts such as cleaning brushes

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us

    Email us at support@dovima.net with your order number, date of purchase, and a description of the issue.

  2. Provide Documentation

    Include photos or videos demonstrating the defect, along with your proof of purchase.

  3. Evaluation

    Our team will evaluate your claim within 2-3 business days and contact you with next steps.

  4. Resolution

    If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your product at no cost. In some cases, we may issue a refund.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
